London FI July Online Meetup: Financial Independence through Property

In our last meetup we touched on the strategy of property as a side-hustle, and this month we're going deeper into the topic.
Property investment is a popular route towards Financial Independence, but it often leads to some lively debate, for example:
- Is your home an asset?
- Should you pay off your mortgage or invest the money?
- Is property investment 'passive income'?
- Do you need to own a home to be considered FI?
As usual in our online sessions, there'll be a short presentation followed by some open discussion and personal experiences from our members. So if you want to learn more about...

LOGISTICS:
This is an interactive, face to face session, not a passive webinar: please enable your webcam and microphone and be prepared to introduce yourself briefly to the group. Stay as long as you want, bring drinks and snacks; friends, family (and pets) are welcome!
The meeting room will normally be open +/- 5 minutes beforehand - the URL is available when you RSVP to the event. If you don't see the link, please message us before 6pm on the day of the event - not after the meetup has started :)
You can join via PC or mobile device, but it'll be easier to see the slides as well as your fellow attendees on a larger screen. There is no need to download any software - you can join directly from your browser.
