🍽️ Immerse yourself in a culinary journey like no other! From July 25th to August 26th, 2023, an exceptional experience awaits you in our charming garden near Sihlcity: The Tartare Bar Pop-Up "RAW & REFINED."
Behind the creative Tartare creations stands 38-year-old Sous Chef Lubos Sevcek, who passionately masters the art of Tartares with expertise. A true career changer, he embarked on his culinary journey in the kitchens of Prague at the age of 27. His background as a chemist lends his dishes a unique finesse and precision.
Lubos' travels around the globe, supported by his mentors, have broadened his horizons and tantalized his taste buds with diverse flavors. Proudly inspired by his experiences in Tahiti, he presents his exquisite Tuna Tartare with coconut cream and an unparalleled Tahiti-Vanilla emulsion.
The menu surprises with seven different Tartare creations that will enchant every gourmet. Whether vegan variations, fish, or meat – every guest will find culinary fulfillment. The accompanying homemade Focaccia and Brioche add the finishing touch to the taste experience, a testament to the dedication of our native Slovakian chef.
