What we will be discussing (Study #3 within this PDF):
We studied last week that work is good and it was given to man before The Fall, and it is not solely a result of man’s sin. Yet, The Fall stands as a defining event in human history. Adam and Eve’s sin disrupted God’s design for humanity’s work and its money. So, to understand money we must understand what changed in man and in the world when sin and death entered the world.
First principles:
- We are servants of God. We engage in bitcoin for His Glory, not our own.
- We are passionate about bitcoin, but we are more passionate about sinners seeing the Gospel and repenting. Jesus is the ultimate hope, not bitcoin.
- We are infallible. We have been wrong many times in life, but we also believe in the biblical process… and that iron sharpens iron. Our prayer is that by an examination of absolute truth (Bible) we learn that God alone is truth (not bitcoin), and we learn whether or not bitcoin passes the tests of that truth.
