We've found that one of the best ways to learn about the 3 Principles is to hear how an understanding of the 3 Principles has impacted others as this often points to something we see in ourselves. And don't worry, we always explain about the nature of the 3 Principles.
Briefly, most of us have been operating on a misunderstanding as to where our experience comes from and how it is created. This innocent misunderstanding is the root of all our feeling of low self worth, stress, anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, anger, frustration, procrastination, etc,. but it doesn't have to be that way.
Once we have an insight into the truth behind where our psychological experience comes from we are able to live with a greater sense of peace and well-being. We no longer need to be caught in the grip of our negative thinking and low moods. And the good news is, we don't need any strategies, tools, techniques or practices to access peace and well-being.
Well-being is always available to us; it is our true nature. Unfortunately, it is usually crowded out by our busy thinking and our learned ways of dealing with the challenges of modern life that we lose sight of it.
Once we realise that peace and well-being are our true nature, life because so much easier. We become much clearer, more resourceful and yes, happier. We get fresh thinking about old problems. And something that seemed intractable looks very different, and worse case if you can't change it, you recognise your well-being doesn't depend on things being a certain way.
