This 3-day Mahapran Meditation Marathon is open to everyone—current practitioners and newcomers alike. Participants are welcome to choose a time slot that suits them best; we simply ask that you continue with the same slot each day to maintain a steady rhythm in the practice.
Mahapran is an active practice to support the release of everyday stress and brings you closer to the quiet intelligence within. It's an opportunity to listen deeply—to what is truly you, and what is not.
