07:30 - Head off from Shanghai 1788 Plaza, Jing'an.
11:30 - Lunch break at Rest Stop at your own expense
12:00 - Reach Anji Longwang Mountain Scenic Area
12:30 – Bag Storage and Safety Equipment collection
12:30 – Shuttle bus towards river rafting starting point
15:00 – End of river rafting, change of clothes & wash up
16:00 – Head back to Shanghai and arrive around 19:30

· 2:00-2:30pm: SUP/Kayaking instruction on the bank 🦦
· 2:30-3:00pm: Warming up and practice in water
· 3:00-4:30pm: 1.5 hours' paddling and floating through sunset route 🌅
· 04:30 - 05:00pm finish kayaking , change dry clothes
· 05:00 -6:00pm: Freshing up and enjoy riverbank afternoon tea together, enjoy the sunset view and take relaxing walk in the villages ☕️🎵
· 06:00-07:00pm Driving back to downtown
