Ladies, are you so used to taking care of everyone else that you end up putting yourself last or neglect yourself entirely? I call that the Wonder Women complex. Join me on Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:30 and Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 and put yourself first for a change. This workout is a mix of cardio and strength training utilizing mini resistance bands, kettle bells, free weights, and body weight.
This group is for women of all fitness levels who want to workout in a safe, judgement free zone.

Being fit is about more than what the numbers on the scale tell you. It's about being mentally, emotionally, and spiritually balanced as well. You can use these workouts as a means to relieve stress and bond with others. This will be our opportunity to get to know one another, create friendships, network, and support each other.
