Scientific research shows that practicing gratitude increases happiness and joy. It reduces anxiety and depression. Let's meet for 30 minutes on Zoom and share what we are grateful for. This is a positive, uplifting event for anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed living in modern society. This group is based in the Washington, DC, area but open to anyone anywhere in the world.
