Avalon Open House for 30's & 40's

If you're possibly interested in joining an Avalon shore house, this is the first of what I hope to be a few open houses for prospective housemates. I'm looking for fun and easy going 30's and 40's. No drama queens please! I can't predict the turnout, but if you're interested in attending, give me a heads up at tmsavalon@aol.com. And please add your cell # to your email just in case. I have plenty of information I can send you before Sunday, but I would need an email address to send. This meetup will afford you the opportunity to see the houses, possibly meet some potential housemates, and ask me any questions.
