What we’re about

Your 30s can feel like a strange in-between space. You may be building a career, questioning old paths, navigating relationships, healing from burnout, or realizing that what once worked no longer fits. A lot is changing — and it’s often hard to talk about honestly.

30s Life and Connecting Circle is a welcoming space for people in their 30s to connect through real conversation. This group exists to support reflection, growth, and human connection — without pressure to have everything figured out.

We gather to:
-Talk openly about the challenges and transitions of this stage of life.
-Share experiences around work, identity, relationships, health, purpose, and change
-Listen with empathy and curiosity, not advice-giving or fixing
-Build meaningful connection and a sense of belonging

This is not therapy, and it’s not a place for self-promotion or debate. It is a space for honest dialogue, mutual respect, and being human together.

You don’t need to be “good at sharing.” You’re welcome whether you come to speak, listen, or simply be present.

Group values:
-Respect and confidentiality
-Compassion over judgment
-Listening over solving
-Growth at your own pace

If you’re looking for connection, understanding, and a place to talk about what this season of life actually feels like — you belong here.
