Journaling is a habit of writing your thoughts. It helps you understand yourself better & manage life.
This Month we focus on Emotions & Self-Discovery. With focussed journaling every Sunday, we will discover our emotions to manage them better.
Each session members will be given prompts for journaling.
Things to bring to the session
- your happy self
- pen & paper to journal
- a nice beverage to keep you happy & fuzzy
