This will be followed by a super interesting talk by Ben Ellerby, where he'll be talking about Cloud Parallelism with Serverless on AWS.

Parul is a JavaScript Recruitment Consultant and a Mental Health Ambassador at Manhattan Partners. She is Mental Health First Aid certified and is passionate about raising awareness around MH from her own experiences with anxiety, depression, ED’s and ADHD.

Looking after our own and supporting each other’s mental health will be more important than ever after the most challenging year of our lives (the big C word!)
In this talk, she’ll be talking about:

  • The impact of mental health and presenteeism/absenteeism in the workplace
  • Becoming a mental health ambassador and getting training
  • Setting healthy work and personal boundaries
  • Spotting the signs in colleagues & friends
