## About this event
You will be joined by two pygmy goats on the patio at HiDef Brewing Co in Downtown Los Angeles for a premium goat yoga experience. Doc and Gizmo will jump on your backs and trot through your legs throughout the whole hour-long specially-designed Goat Yoga class.
11.00am - 1hr of Goat Yoga
12.00pm - Beer and goat photos galore
Event details:
- Please bring your yoga mat and a towel.
- Please arrive promptly to check in and set up your mat.
- A limited number of mats will be available for rent.
- Class is held outside the brewery.
- Street parking is available all around the brewery.
Goat Yoga details:
- ALL yoga experience levels are welcomed and encouraged
- The goats are leashed and are trained to do yoga with you.
- The 40lb goats will jump on your back! It's a nice massage, but you can opt out if you like.
- You will have plenty of time after class for individual and group photos with the goats. Goatos.
