This is NOT a short read, but one which enables me to keep going down the rabbit hole of connecting yogic philosophy to quantum physics, and I think you'll be glad you joined me for the ride.

The Tao of Physics is written by a physicist who has us start our journey of understanding the universe with the Pre-Socratics. This provides a cohesive history of philosophy, where all thoughts about What Is began, and leads us through the emergence of distinctive science, mathematics, and even religion.

Capra provides a very accessible text on what may seem dense concepts, allowing folks from varying backgrounds with diverse interests to take this journey together.

I hope you'll join me!
