Book Discussion: THE POWER by Naomi Alderman

Hello! This is the 4th meeting of Sundae Scaries, a speculative fiction book club. At the October 1st meeting we will discuss THE POWER by Naomi Alderman.

This adult (ages 21+) discussion group will meet every 6-ish weeks on Sunday afternoons at 2:00 PM at Conrad's Restaurant, located at 121 Main Street in Foxboro.

Group discussion generally includes the current title, books in general, horror/sci-fi/fantasy tv & films, paranormal culture, various fandoms, etc.

Hoodsie® Cups will be available to for all to enjoy (my treat)! Attendees order their own meals and/or drinks (alcoholic or otherwise), and are responsible for their individual bill/tab.

If you are interested in joining, but are nervous about finishing the book, RSVP and come anyway (though, beware of spoilers)!

Where can I find the book? Whenever possible, I urge you to use your local public library to access titles for this book club! You should be able to find the books we discuss in multiple formats (print, large print, ebook, downloadable audiobook, etc.) at libraries near you.
