AUGUST THEME: "Are you Relationship Ready?" This constellation explores your strengths and weaknesses in the four fundamental aspects of relationships. You will leave knowing what changes you must make to create more fulfilling and balanced relationships.

A Constellation aims to improve or create clear insight into behaviors, thoughts, feelings, or a system's processes that want or need adjusting. Also, direction, hierarchy, and viability can be understood within a system or organization, including the fundamental next steps to long-term decisions.

This enlightening & fun process develops self-awareness, supports confident decision-making, and reveals hidden dynamics.

Family Constellations, whether historical or contemporary issues are looked at: themes of one's life mental, emotional, or physical, and those excluded or denied within the family, to discover unresolved and sometimes unknown trauma. May also look at self-development and resources.

Systems Constellations is a tool that can allow administrators and business owners to examine and understand the dynamics of their business in a new light by those interested in improving outcomes. Systems also include Environment, Nature, Social, and Relational issues.

Together as a group or one-on-one, we can look at any issue with or without disclosing private, confidential information and ask questions to understand its root cause and how the aspects within it relate systemically.
