For my curious South Lake Tahoe friends wondering what a Constellation is, this is the time to check this out! And it's my gift to you. Come and explore Constellations, get some fresh air, and meet people who share common values.

AUGUST THEME; "Are you Relationship Ready?" This constellation explores your strengths and weaknesses within the four fundamental aspects of relationships. You will leave knowing what changes are needed to create more fulfilling and balanced relationships.

This enlightening & fun process develops intuition, supports confident decision-making, and reveals hidden dynamics.

Constellations are a profound and sophisticated method of observing the energy dynamics in our situations. This process is not of the logical mind. Instead, it speaks to us from the language of the heart through our visceral intelligence. This often reveals surprising truths about our life circumstances and offers us relief and a pathway toward healing and improving our lives.

LOCATION FOR MEET UP PADDLEBOARDING: Kiva Beach, go left at the first fork in the road. Park and walk out to the beach with your board. If you would like, bring a drink and a snack. Afterward, we can hang out and maybe do some stretching or yoga on the board.

LOCATION FOR MEET UP HIKING: Meeting at the west end of Tata St., on Gardener Mountain, where the forest meets the road.
