Acupressure/Acupuncture can prevent colds and flu by building up the immune system through the stimulation of just a few key points along the body's energy pathways.

In this workshop, you will learn about specific acupressure points that will help you have a healthy and flu-free cold season.

Acupressure touch healing is safe to do on yourself and others.The only equipment needed are your own hands. Once you learn the right points and techniques, you can practice acupressure therapy any time, anywhere.

This is a hands-on workshop. We will practice point locations on our bodies. Please come in loose and casual clothing.
This workshop lasts for 2 hours.
Lecture fee covers handout, color chart, tea and refreshment.

About the Instructor:

Wen-Chi Chen (陳文綺 中醫師) is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist. She received her Masters degree of Health Science and Acupuncture at New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
A dedicated teacher and healer, Wen-Chi served as a professor and clinic director of the New York Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from 2002 to 2005. She has spent the past 10 years practicing Chinese medicine in NYC, and works with different energy healing methods based on the “Principle of the Whole” (mind, body, emotions and spirit), including Reiki, Acugems, and Colorpuncture.

Her passion is to help people to come into their own and realize their true life potential through holistic healing, and to experience physical and emotional well being, inner peace and harmony.
