Join us for the next 333 Wellness Retreat — a rejuvenating half-day gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit in the scenic tranquility of Ernest E. Debs Regional Park.
Through a thoughtfully curated sequence of updated experiences — including a soothing sound bath, tea tasting & healthy snacking, guided meditation, gentle yoga, mindful forest bathing, a powerful journaling session, and an engaging scavenger hunt — you'll immerse yourself in nature, community, and conscious self-discovery.
Led by passionate facilitators, our retreat welcomes everyone, from beginners to seasoned wellness practitioners, into a supportive space for balance, reflection, and growth.

- Free parking available at the Ernest E. Debs parking lot and surrounding streets.
Restrooms:
- Public restrooms are conveniently located near the meeting area and throughout the park for attendee comfort.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or towel
- Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and weather
- Journal or notebook + pen
- Water bottle (hydration is key!)
Skill Level:
- No prior experience needed; all activities are beginner-friendly and adaptable.

- This retreat is held outdoors. Please check your email for weather updates if conditions look uncertain. We will notify participants if rescheduling is necessary.

Enjoy calming teas and healthy snacks like organic fruit and microgreens while receiving a peaceful sound healing session. - 11:00 AM – Guided Meditation
Let go and tune in with a relaxing, somatic flow style guided meditation. - 11:30 AM – Gentle Yoga
Stretch and ground yourself with an accessible, beginner-friendly yoga session. - 12:00 PM – Forest Bathing
Slow down and awaken your senses on a mindful walk through nature. - 12:30 PM – Journaling & Reflection
