Seminar: 1:30 - 4:30pm, 3rd theatre at PSA. No reservation is needed, admission from 1:15pm. Please bring a valid ID to get the simultaneous interpretation earphone.
Concert: 7-9pm, 3rd theater at PSA. Performers: Gustav Nieh, Running Blue. Admission with "The Dream City" admission ticket. Below description is taken from the PSA website.
Our concert would be themed around the third movement of Rachmaninoff's Second Symphony in e minor. The remarkable Russian composer, pianist, and conductor, Sergei Rachmaninoff, gave in exchange for the music that would inspire countless for his own misery. This is the essence of art. The stature of art must be “bought” by the creator through their experiences of pain.
I plan to go to see the exhibition and then attend the seminar. If you want to join me, we can meet outside exit 2 of South Xizang Road on metro line 4 or 8 at noon. My cell number is 138 1781 7432, wechat: cindy1302. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.
If you plan to go by yourself, here is how to get to PSA after the metro: after leaving exit 2, you'll be on South Zhongshan Road (中山南路). Walk ahead (eastward) for 2 blocks and turn right on Nan-che-zhan Road (南车站路). Walk straight and follow the chimney (with the thermometer on), which is the best landmark.
