*** NOTICE: OUTDOOR SEASON IS HERE! Please RSVP and check back for any changes such as court availability, weather or location, and see important notes below on RSVP policy and required one-time annual fee. If you can't make it by start time or need to leave earlier, feel free to come when you can but in that case it's important you post here or text the host. We will be playing 2-3 courts every Tuesday at the specified start and end times (mostly doubles but if courts available may have singles if desired). Depending on peoples' schedules and sunset we may change these times so be sure to verify--if sunset is later, feel free to stay.
For location, see "How to Find Us" on the right side of this screen. There likely will be an event at another location on Thursday as well; for details please see our Events page. Since we have multiple events make sure you are registering for the one you intended.
*** RSVP CANCELATION DEADLINE: 5PM on day of event. Please read RSVP policy below. ***
- ANNUAL FEE: To cover the annual Meetup fee for this group, we ask that regular outdoor players contribute $10 once a year. Preferred payment methods are Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or PayPal to Ron Flannery (RFlan444@iCloud.com or 248-318-5016). Be sure you have the right person before sending and if asked, say "sending to family and friends". You also can pay in cash, though the other methods are preferred. You can attend one time at no cost to see if you like the setup.
- RSVP POLICY: To attend a Meetup, you must be a member of this group and must RSVP; no guests, please. If you RSVP’d but are unable to attend, please change your RSVP by the "CANCELATION DEADLINE" of the Meetup (above). RSVPed Players with two or more no-shows without proper cancellation may be removed from the group.
- ARRIVAL TIME: If you are running late, we ask that you let the organizer know by sending a text message to the organizer (preferred) or posting in the discussion below.
- WAITLIST: We ask that all players on the “Waitlist” list be available to play in case if someone drops on the RSVP list, even on the day of the Meetup. If you aren’t sure, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
- TENNIS BALLS. If possible, please bring cans of new balls in case your partners may need them. We try to take turns with this. If we collect enough to cover the Meetup fees, we will supply some.
- RULES. By attending this Meetup, you accept all the rules, release and waivers in the "What We’re About" section on our home page at the link below. Knowing the rules and policies is your responsibility and you could be subject to removal from the group if not followed.
