The EBC is a fun, casual bookclub for people who enjoy some sexy reading material. Our previous reading list is on the Insta page (@the_erotic_book_club) but as you’ll see, we try to explore a broad and inclusive range of literature and film.
The format is this: get the book/ watch the film, read as much as you can, then show up to the King William IV pub (Hampstead) on *usually* the first Thursday of the month at 7pm and discuss. That’s it really!
Everyone is welcome whether you’ve managed to read the whole book or not and whether you’re a member of the WhatsApp group. I curate the list so it’s a surprise each month and we get a good spread, but suggestions for new material are warmly welcomed.
The book this month will be “A Sport and a Pastime” by James Salter.
Note: as this is a discussion club can we please ask that you read/ watch at least part of the book/film before attending. It’s more fun for you and everyone else is you’re able to contribute!
