Whiskey and Absinthe Sampling Night at Delilah's!

Let's meet to sample some fine whiskey and absinthe (if you dare!). Delilah's is one of Chicago's original and best dive/rock/punk bars. Open since 1993, it's an institution with more than 800 whiskeys and (per my conversation with one of their bartenders) about 15 varieties of absinthe! They also have 300 beers! Let's try some different varieties and compare notes.

Please note everyone must purchase their own drinks at the bar.
