Read 'n' Watch Discussion - Dark Matter

As usual, I'm scheduling our next Read 'n' Watch way ahead of time, so people have time to both read and watch this one. This is more than a book club discussion. These will be focused on books that have also been made into movies or TV shows, so we can discuss the differences, which we prefer, how they each handled the material, etc.

For our next one, we'll discuss Dark Matter by Blake Crouch. The 2024 TV show can be found on Prime and Apple TV.

Dark Matter explores the consequences of choices and the lives we might have lived. The story follows Jason Dessen, a college physics professor who wakes up in an alternate reality where his life is unrecognizable. His wife is different, his son doesn't exist, and he's no longer a professor but a celebrated genius. Jason, a devoted family man, must navigate this disorienting world while trying to get back to his own family.
