Real Estate Investing in the Wintertime! Just another "chill" meetup :)

Hey guys, I'm back doing another free real estate investing meetup on a Tuesday! I will be filming the event for Youtube, and I expect an awesome group to come out for a "drink before you have to see your family" week! lol.

I have flipped houses in Cleveland for six years, and I remember my first house I bought in December 2013. I got a good deal on it, but when the snow melted, it revealed a lot of problems that I should have known about previously. So, I titled this event investing in the winter, but I am pretty much down to talk about anything!
