With the help of partners: Nordic Film and TV Fund, The Danish Film Institute, The Swedish Film Institute, The Norwegian Film Institute and Nordisk Panorama, the meet-up is free and open to Nordic transmedia producers: You don't need a Nordic Game pass to attend, you just need to register to the event at this site.

The transmedia meet-up takes place on May 22nd, at Slagthuset in Malmö - a five minute walk from the central station.

Download the floorplan of Slaghuset here: http://nordicgame.com/?id=128 - we'll be in the Oslo/Stockholm rooms and use the entrance right outside this year (the side facing the central station).

Dinner will be in the same venue, and hopefully outside if the weather permits. Screening of the film will happen in the Blackberry Theatre (use entrance around the corner, outside the lounge) and Indie Night happens in the bar next door to the entrance.

PROGRAM:

14:30 Registration

15:00 - "Building your audience via social media storytelling" - A masterclass with Carri Bugbee, marketing whiz and award winning creator of Mad Men fan-tweets for @peggyolson

17:00 Unconference part where you're in charge of the discussions - with three tracks:

"Pimp my project" - where you can ask for feedback from other creatives
"I'll tell you a secret" - where you can talk about something you want to share or discuss
"Open track" - where you can suggest sessions on just about anything

You host a session by suggesting a topic, leading the discussions and ending on time (30 minutes)

19:00 Informal dinner

20:30 We join the Nordic Game participants for the Indie night party and a screening of Suvi Andrea Helminens interactive documentary "48 hour games", around the corner.
