Had a little lapse in the invites for The Day's Walk (missed the first week in October. Last year I hit 5 million steps. Probably going to be a bit short of that this year. Hope you are all getting good walks in. Great to see everyone

Photos of your walk are always welcome. When I see posted photos I like, I add them to the main "album collection - Daily Walk." (Check out my fit bit screen capture for my 2024 step count.) I have not looked through the photos recently, but look forward to seeing everyone's adventures.

This is not a MeetUp as such. You can be on your own or with any number of partners. The event is for anyone with the intention of walking for improved health. A daily walk of 20 minutes or more helps clear your mind and improves your overall fitness.

The 365 Walkers group is growing - lots of great pictures.
