Meditation Night: The Yes Experience (Meeting Updated)

I've updated our next meetup: It's all about bringing the YES experience into our lives. Saying 'yes' is a powerful way to free up old energy, try new things and get outside of our old stuck patterns of life.

Fundamentally the heart and soul is all about the yes, and the mind and ego is all about the no. The mind says no to change, no to new ideas, and no to new relationships. So without embracing the yes, you can never arrive to newer levels of awareness, higher consciousness, or even change your basic life situation.

Join me for this fundamental talk on how to change your life and mental well being for the better, while still having a lot of fun at it.

Join me for a night of spiritual discussion as well as meditation training, that is simple to understand and easy to implement.

In this session, we discuss and focus on accessing and bringing awareness and enhancing the Yes in our lives.

The mind is all about no, the heart and soul is all about yes and all the possibilities it entails.

The session will start at 7 pm for a quick meet and greet, then I will lead a spiritual talk on the the yes experience and how powerful it can be in changing your life around. We will then take a break, and then do a guided meditation to help us for the week. like to keep my sessions fluid so we may adjust our scheduling depending on what feels right at the time.

There will be chairs available but feel free to also bring meditation cushions, pillions or blankets if it makes you feel more comfortable. The intention for the space is casual yet focused so everyone can benefit from our teachings. Also feel free to bring a notebook or use our phone to take notes and right down any homework assignments.

Recommended donation to cover costs is $10 to $20. For individual struggling with low funds, please simply pay what you can, or celebrate the joy of others and come for free.
