Welcome to our Medical English Meetup!

This Meetup group is a welcoming space for Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Allied Health Professionals, Medical and Healthcare Students,
Researchers and Academics and anyone interested in medicine who wants to improve clinical communication, case presentation skills and professional medical English through real communication.

Whether you work in healthcare, plan to work internationally, prepare for exam, research, conferences or simply want to speak more confidently, this group is for you. We focus on practical speaking, real-life scenarios and supportive learning- no tests or perfection.

This is a safe space to practice all levels of medical English. There is no pressure to be perfect- communication is our goal. Speak as much or as little as you like.

What we do?
We introduce ourselves and our medical backgrounds, discuss your goals and challenges with medical English. Also, we practice professional conversations, learn medical vocabulary and terminology in context to improve fluency, pronunciation and confidence, discuss clinical cases, articles and healthcare topics and share experiences from different healthcare systems. At the end of the meeting we'll set topics for future meet-ups based on needs and preferences.
