1. Explain each of the units and discuss each persons business in terms of the units.

• What are the key metrics in each unit for YOU?
• What do you WANT to be doing? Money wise, customer wise, etc.
• What are some great examples of CURRENTLY SUCCESSFUL business that you know about that have great BEFORE, DURING and AFTER units? Can you apply a version of it in your business? If so, how?
