Lets practice Yoga under the bright blue ski. This will be a 1 hour, outdoor, Yoga class for all levels. The yoga style is a combination of Vinyasa with poses modifications for a fitness/strength focus. Wether you are a seasoned Yogi, or a newbie, the class will be adapted for the level of the crowd.
