New Mexican Style Lunch at Hatch-it Green Chile Burgers & Tacos

Join us for a very casual but totally delicious lunch at Hatch-it Green Chili Burgers & Tacos. Owned and operated since 2019 by the Emineth family Gary, Kathy, & Kelly, they serve creative cuisine based on the New Mexican staple - The Hatch Green Chile. Their chiles come from a 5th generation farm in Santa Fe and the distinctive flavor can be found throughout the menu. They also have a bakery on site with home made sourdough breads, muffins, cookies, pies, and cinnamon rolls.

I can personally vouch for the Green Chile Santa Fe Burger, and the Posole. Menu and pictures are posted below.

They don't take reservations, but I will get there early to get us some seats together. We may end up sitting at 2 tables.
