Jamaican Lunch at Topnotch Island Flavor Kitchen

Let's enjoy some tasty Jamaican island food. Phoenix Ethnic Lunch Group has enjoyed lunches here in 2023 & 2024, and it was a hit with everyone both times so I thought it was time to go again. Owners Gayle & Curtis Reid have had a successful catering business, and in early 2023 opened their brick-and-mortar restaurant. The Jamaican Jerk Chicken is fall off the bone tender, and the side of jerk sauce gives it a nice kick. The coconut milk rice and peas are fluffy and delicious, and the Caribbean slaw is light and fresh (no mayo). There are lots of other options, like Jamaican pork, fish, beef, curries, etc...so I'm sure you will find something tantalizing to try!
