Las 15 Salsas offers the native Oaxacan food of Southern Mexico. Chef and owner Elizabeth Hernandez is originally from San Antonino Castillo Velasco, Oaxaca. She opened the restaurant in 2012, and offers the traditional cuisine of Oaxaca which she learned by cooking beside her mother and grandmother. They offer red, green, yellow, black, & estofado mole. I can personally say that the black mole chicken (pictured below) is delicious, as is the Enchilada trio each with a different style of mole.
