Vietnamese Lunch at Da Vang

Phoenix Ethnic Lunch Group was here in 2025 and it was a big hit - so - Time for a re-do!!

This unassuming Vietnamese restaurant in a strip mall has some of the tastiest food around, and at a reasonable price. A friend and I went to test it out and were pleased to find the service was good and the food was fresh and delicious. We started with the Goi Cuon Tofu Spring Rolls which came as an order of two with hoisin and peanut sauce. Great to share! I ordered the Pho Rau and Dau Hu (picture below) - basically Pho beef soup broth with rice noodles, vegetable, and tofu. It was really a huge bowl of soup and came with bean sprouts, lemon, basil, and jalapenos on the side. I kept eating and hardly made a dent. Needless to say I have another two meals out of it back at home. My friend had never tried a Banh Mi so they ordered the Manh Mi Ga Nuong. It is a french roll with BBQ Chicken and Vegetables (picture below). This also got a thumbs up!
