This is a potent and powerful full moon to deeply and fully release!
Full moons in general amplify the prevailing energy, whereas a new moon is typically introspective. We utilize this full moon quality to help us bring up and out that which no longer serves us - all that we've accumulated that we're no longer ready to carry around.
๐บ๏ปฟ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, the eclipse further amplifies the energetic amplification already present with this moon, so we may as well ride that wave of amplified energy and use it to help us process stuck and stored energy - bringing it up and out through a bit of breathwork, guided meditation/imagery, intention, and sound healing!
After this energetic cleansing, we will bring in a greater flow of living light energy into our Body-Mind-Spirit!
The high vibrational and purifying nature of the guided meditation & sound healing powerfully (yet gently) clears away the lower energies and stresses, allowing for this greater lightness and resonance to replace that which has been cleared out!

As a Hypnotherapist for 19 years, I am trained to utilize hypnotic suggestions to better help us properly cleanse, clear, and release that which no longer serves, as well as integrate more empowering energies in it's place.

As her sole profession for 19 years, Nicole Alcyon has combined her skills as a Hypnotherapist, Sound Healer โ with over a dozen Singing Crystal Bowls, 2 Paiste Gongs and other sound healing instruments โ and expertise on Chakra Cleansing/Balancing to create a unique and highly potent approach to therapeutic group sound healing sessions. These are channeled guided meditations/sessions from her Higher Self and the Divine that she brings forth. The intention for these high vibrational Hypno-Chakra and/or Sound Healing Sessions is to provide the opportunity to strengthen our connection and alignment to our Higher Self!
Nicole graduated from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004, and received very clear guidance to purchase a chakra set of the singing crystal bowls that same year. Upon playing her set for the first time, the idea of Hypno-Chakra Therapy was downloaded in my mind and birthed into existence!
She has been facilitating private and group sessions & courses since 2004, and as an accomplished facilitator, she recognizes the importance of a sacred and energetically clean/safe place to release and integrate.
