import() as a function

This meetup will be very hands on, no presentations - just talking, thinking, coding and sharing.

Normally we do NOT use proposals, but for this time ...
This time we handle `import()`, which is currently in Stage 3, as a proposal and might become really useful. We will analyze the feature in depth, discuss and code. This topic is also perfect to dive deep into the proposal [1] and figure out where things are defined the way they work.
