Embodiment Practice- Community- Presence and Fun whilst Dancing!

The Sligo Dance Coop has been set up by a community of dance loving people who have come together for the joy of dancing!

The Sligo Dance Coop is a place where everyone is welcome. This is a place where you can be your authentic self. A place to move, to roll, to play, to have fun, to connect inwards and outwards and to be still. This is a place for community. It is a place of heart.

The music lasts for about 90 minutes, starting off slowly to allow us to get settled, gradually building to a crescendo, and then slowing down once more to find stillness.

All are welcome to dance, enjoy being in community with others and to have fun.
