We will be introduced to these teachings, with the focus on meditation practices which emphasize living in a harmonious relationship with all beings, transforming and transcending inharmonious emotional/thought patterns and recognizing our True Nature with ease.

May our small contribution help to make the evolving of a new type of global civilization that is both humane and wise.

Here are a few things to start with:

1. Being Ruthlessly Compassionately Truthful
   ask yourself
   What do I REALLY want?

2. Make a list throughout your day charting how your time is spent. I have some pocket sized notebooks available for this exorcise. If your days vary widely chart a few days. You are not required to share this info. But we will do something with it.

3. We have been learning the long form of the Gayatri mantra.
   A handout and CD are available for your practice at Tues/Wed meetings.

Written assignment for the month is to complete writing this mantra 108 times, best to listen and say the mantra while writing.
