SEO for the rest of us

I'm excited to announce that Justin Gengo (an IT Functional Analyst at Kimberly-Clark) is going to kick off the round table discussion on SEO with a 20-30 min presentation on his experience from the trenches. I met Justin when he and I both worked at Avastone Technologies and prior to that Justin helped develop and support the massive website at Miles Kimball (mileskimball.com). Justin and I have talked about SEO before and he knows his stuff so I recruited him to come share his knowledge with the rest of us!

Please bring some specific SEO topics of your own and / or some questions so that we can have an engaging discussion for an hour or so.
