Going Deeper with Hypno-Chakra Balancing Sound Healing Sessions
Details
In facilitating these group Hypno-Chakra Balancing sessions with my 9 singing crystal bowls, there’s only so much I can add in into a group session, and in trying to keep it fairly generalized to appeal to more people, I leave out what could potentially be some powerful additions for those ready to go to greater depths within themselves, their spiritual practice and within a group setting. We’re accelerating on a collective scale to a greater degree and I’m finally feeling ready to bring something more, something deeper in a sacred way to these group sessions. If you’re ready to for a little change up in these sessions, willing to explore a bit more depth, then please join us as we experience this journey in a more profound and sacred way!
Some examples will be:
~Smudging on the way in
~Verbally creating and intending a sacred space
~Toning the seed sound of each chakra when guided
~Acknowledging verbally the presence of AA Michael, who I always call in every session, just usually silently to myself
~I will talk just a little bit about a possible discrepancy in the alignment of the chakras so we can each individually feel out the difference during the meditation (more specifics at the session...)
~Breathing through our Prana tube
~Entering the Sacred Space of our Heart
~and who knows else may come through, as I open myself up to channel this deeper practices what else may come up during the group session.

Hypno-Chakra Therapy is a term coined by Nicole which is a combination of Hypnotherapy, chakra balancing and sound healing from her 9 singing crystal bowls. She plays her crystal bowls throughout the session (private or group), amplifying the intention and suggestions given, as well as assisting with further energy and chakra cleansing and purifying.
The intention to connect to our Divine Self are always a part of these high vibrational sessions.
