Women/Goddess Support Circle
The purpose of this circle is to connect, to share, to network, to build a greater, stronger, connected community, etc. It seems many women are desiring these deeper connections and a sense of community. I too have been wanting this, and have been enjoying connecting with those who have been coming, and invite you all to join in if you feel so called.

DETAILS: This takes place just after Imbolc and just before Valentine's so I thought it would be fitting to combine the intention of both. So the short meditation this time (half hour long, with the crystal bowls) is to really nurture ourselves, tap into our creativity, our femininity, and to love, forgive and accept ourselves, as we continue to grow and evolve within this lifetime able to receive, hold and share more love than ever before!

When: Tues Feb 4th (and every 1st Tuesday of the month)
Time: 6:30pm-9pm
Where: Awakenings Wellness Center room #3 (we'll have almost as much space as Canopy, but now that I'll be 5 months pregnant then, it'll be easier for me to not have to carry my bowls up/down stairs like I would at Canopy.)

Energy Exchange: $20 (don't let finances keep you from coming!)
RSVP: here on meetup Bring: healthy organic snack to share if you wish (not required). Feel free to bring a blanket as there won't be any, and a pillow to sit on. I can provide some backjacks and a few mats. We will be sitting mostly and only laying down for a half hour. You may wish to have a notebook/pen in case you are inspire to write after the meditation

FLOW OF THE EVENING: The set up of this evening will be to first share our name and something about ourselves you want to share. Then we'll move into the guided meditation described above. Afterward we will have time to share our experience and/or time to share what support we may be looking for and/or to ask any questions you feel somewhat relevant that us women could assist with some guidance/answers/thoughts.
