Come have a (seed)ball.

Seed-balls are a mixture of clay, compost and (duh) seeds. By rolling the seeds up into seed-balls you're giving the seeds the things they'll need -except water- to sprout and thrive.
All you need do is toss them out and wait for the rains to come to activate them. And the balls also protect the seeds from would be predators which makes them a great way to guerrilla garden vacant lots too.
We'll show you simple methods for making seed-balls in small and large batches, best ingredient mixture and how to combine small and large seeds and more.
We have lots of great seeds (veg, tree, flowers etc) for the mixing but ask that everyone bring a packet or two of viable seeds to add to the mix.
Everyone can take home a share of the seed-balls to toss so come out Sunday, make some new friends and have a ball or two.
Meetup/Workshop is free (but meetup.com isn't - they charge ~$150/yr for services) SO donations (suggested $20) are always greatly appreciated and necessary to help us keep exploring permaculture and sharing the knowledge learned.
