3d food printing workshop 101

During this 101 workshop you will learn in first hand about 3d food printing (3DFP).

We will introduce you to 3DFP (what it is and how it works), have a first look into design and printing techniques and at the same time have fun learning about the intersection between food and technology.

** WHAT IS 3D FOOD PRINTING **

Techniques, tools and guidelines.
** PASTES **
Hands on experience with paste extrusion. We will print rainbow hummus.
** POWDERS **
Hands on experience with powder printing. We will print with confectionery sugar.
** FUN **
To wrap up the workshop will have some fun with different cooking techniques to explore some of the future options for 3DFP.
