Total 3D Experience : printers in action, touch 3D objects, free software

Dear makers,
when I created 3D Printing London a couple of days ago, I would never imagine that you would be 200 joining in less than a week! The traction is so huge, and so is the responsibility now for organizing the first physical meeting. You do have expectations, and we'll try as hard as possible to match them.
Printers
From what I read when you join, most of you want to see 3D printers in action: you will. I'm happy to unveil that you will see :

Then some of you would like to see, touch, feel what 3D printed pieces look like: again I'll have some, but please don't hesitate to come with your own stuff (made or bought) and be prepared to show, share, that will be invaluable to others.
We might vote (raise hand) for the most incredible 3D printed masterpiece, and who knows? its owner would get some kind of prize maybe...

Software
The software is not to forget, sure. We intend to have some room for a couple of laptops. Again we have secured demonstrations for at least :
Sketchup, Blender, 3D S Max, ZBrush (to be confirmed), Btw a Rhino goddess, a SolidWorks guru etc. would be more than welcome to demonstrate what it takes to create a simple piece out of the blue, or to adapt/modify a piece, etc. Bring you laptop, we've got the large screens... (talk to me in advance, we only have a couple of them...)
Don't be shy, come expose your skills to your fellow co-makers.
Talks
As of the talks, 2 brilliant experts of the field will be our guest stars:
"A creative vision in the making with focus on Design, Science, Technology, and Art." by Mark Bloomfield (http://www.electrobloom.com/about/). He created wearable accessories for film, fashion and luxury brands including Titanic, Judge Dredd, Vivienne Westwood, Paul Smith, Matthew Williamson, Asprey... 7:30 - "When 3D Printing meets Nature" by Karl Kjelstrup-Johnson (http://projectsilkworm.com/about/), founder of Project Silkworm an open project aiming at pushing the limits of slicing objects for 3D printing without boundaries. We have arranged a beautiful venue, The Prince's Foundation, fitting all 150 of us, along with the many machines, objects and drinks. It's conveniently located at 19-22 Charlotte Road, EC2A 3SG, just 5 minute walk away from Old Street tube station, or 10 minute from Liverpool Street.
