Textile x Biology x Digital Fab Study Group

The goal of this study group is to adopt the flipped classroom study mode to teach ourselves the development of new textile technologies using existing online resources, as well as getting support from a local DIY BIO community. We use Fabricademy as the framework of our study group.

What’s the format of the study group?

WHEN: weekly meetup every Thursday 7:00-9:00 p.m.

==== About Fabricademy ====
Fabricademy is an amazing course organized jointly by FabTextiles and TextileLab Amsterdam. It is a transdisciplinary course that focuses on the development of new technologies applied in the textile industry, in its broad range of applications, from the fashion industry to the upcoming wearable market. The two-phase program will last 6 months, with approximately 3 months of seminars and learning modules and three months focusing on individual in-depth applied project research.
