ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Over the last 35 years Bill Salloum has been involved in the negotiating and rehabbing and marketing of almost 400 flips, buy & holds, new construction and wholesale deals.

In addition to extensive real estate development experience, Bill is certified as a mediator through the Law Department at UCLA. He is also a crisis counselor, and has been called upon by various professional
institutions to negotiate debt settlements for their clients.
