• Activity: Workshop participants will conduct mock planning meetings where they set agendas, facilitate discussions, and determine actionable outcomes.
• Why: To cultivate the skills necessary for leading effective meetings that are concise and outcome oriented.
• Goal: To ensure participants can organize and lead planning meetings that contribute to efficient project progression.

Event Leader: The event will be led by Charles Walstad, a Managing Director at AGILEST®. Charles has a wealth of experience in Agile methodologies and is known for his effective leadership and communication skills.
