Details
Each Thursday we present different types of meditations. We do this so that you can experience meditation methods from different traditions, to find those that suit you the most.
The meditations last for one hour. We give introductions to each one and afterwards have time to share, to drink tea together and to answer any questions you may have.
Cost: This money goes towards maintaining the meditation spaces & park-like grounds. $7 per meditation or $5 with a 10 meditation pass, which costs $50 (valid 1 year); Unlimited monthly pass for 30 days - $50.00.

We are located in a residential area, at 3412 NE 115th St., Seattle 98125. Look for a stained-glass butterfly showing in an upper-floor window. There are many parking spaces (about 9) in the large driveway in front, and and several more on NE 115th St., as well as virtually unlimited parking on 35th Ave, NE.
