Dinner/Mexican Food in Old Town: W/ Option of Whaley (Haunted) House Guided Tour

Hi Ladies -

As of Friday, June 9th, RSVPs for this next group event are closed, so unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate additional women due to the reservation with the restaurant.

Also, by now, each of you who has marked as "going" should have received either a text message or a DM from me on meetup regarding this event with additional, new details, including the new start time of 5:3Opm for dinner in Old Town at Rockin' Baja Lobster on Friday, June 16th...The reservation is under my first name, so "Emily".

Again, if you're planning on attending, and haven't already done so, please DM me here and let me know the earliest you think you could make it to Baja Rockin' Lobster in Old Town for dinner next Friday, June 16th.

Also, if you have RSVPed as attending but looks as though you'll no longer be able to make it next Friday, please change your status on this specific group event page ASAP (sooner rather than later). This is very important given the new start time of this next event and coordinating with the restaurant too.

"So, our next monthly event for June will be for dinner at Rockin' Baja Lobster in Old Town at 5:30pm on Friday, June 16th. While it might not be the most authentic Mexican food in San Diego, it is still high quality, has a large menu, and also a cool vibe & atmosphere. I have also included several photos on the venue below, which will also help to give you a better idea of what to expect, in the event that this will be your first time at one of the Rockin' Baja Lobster locations.

There was previously an option listed here for The Whaley Haunted House Tour, but when I checked on Saturday, June 3rd, all tickets for the 8:40pm (with an arrival time of 8:20pm) timeslot were already sold out. So, unfortunately, this is no longer an option for others. That said, I know at least two of us do have tickets and will be doing this after dinner.

I hope this event will appeal to many of you, and as always, let me know if you have any questions about this particular outing or anything else that is group-related. As of the time of the dinner reservation made on Friday, 6/9/2023, we were expecting almost an exact 50/50 split between what would be first-timers and repeat members, which I think is ideal!
